Policy:

Please note that Phranakorn Nornlen require 100% payment to confirm this reservation (exclude airport transfer).

PN is a family-run small guest house with only 30 rooms, therefore all reservations are based on ‘first come first serve’ policy & we cannot guarantee the availability until we receive the payment.

Phranakorn Nornlen Rules:

• ​SMOKING is strictly NOT ALLOWED within the hotel zone.

• Phranakorn Nornlen does not welcome SEX TOURISTS. Guests who violate this policy will be treated as a POLICE MATTER.

• Check-in date can be changed if we are notified at least 7 days in advance.

• Child from age 0-3 yrs can stay free in parents room with existing beds. ( can also request baby cot, free of charge)

• Child from age 4-11 yrs can stay free in parents room with existing beds, but will be charged 200 THB per child/ per day for breakfast

• Extra person 600 THB.

• Check-in: 14:00, Check-out: 12:00.

• Late check-out after 12:00 and Before 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.

• Late check-out after 18:00 will be charged 1 night.

• We have no TV, Refrigerator in the room.

• Our rates & promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Minimum 30 days before arrival date -100%* refund.

Minimum 15 days before arrival date - 50%* refund.

Cancellation after 15 days or less before arrival date would not be subjected to any refund.
